Chaque album de Black Cilice est un pas supplémentaire pour anéantir cette hypocrisie qu'est le "Moi" et sur la pochette de Transfixion of Spirits, on ne voit quasiment rien : seule la souffrance compte. Le raw black metal provient des abysses. Les pistes se rallongent encore, les riffs se répètent comme s'il nous était interdit d'avancer. Et comme dirait Elend, il y a un monde dans ces cris... Favorite track: Revelations.

Jody B. Raw and lo-fi black metal from the maelstrom, with tortured vocals howling from the void. I can't recommend Black Cilice highly enough, one of the best raw black metal acts there is at the moment. Favorite track: Outerbody Incarnation.
